Lock in your rate. Subscription pricing is unaffected by annual rate increases — the price you sign up at is the price you keep for the life of the plan.

Frequently Asked Questions

Subscription Questions, Answered

The four questions we field most often from owners evaluating a recurring plan against one-off bookings.

Yes. Move up, down, or pause at any time — we re-scope the next visit against your new tier and prorate the difference. Cadence swaps are most common after the first full year, once you see how your flight tempo actually plays out.

Subscriptions are tied to a tail number, not a contract — if you sell the aircraft, the remaining term transfers to the new owner at our standard discretion, or we cancel and refund unused visits on a pro-rata basis. Monthly subscriptions cancel on 30 days notice with no termination fee.

The $500 refundable deposit secures a specific booking date for a one-off or first detail — it credits 100% against that single invoice. A subscription is recurring: auto-scheduled visits on a cadence, locked rate, and 10–20% off the published rate matrix. Most owners book a one-off deposit detail first, then convert to a subscription after they see the scope and crew.

Monthly & Quarterly subscriptions cancel anytime with 30 days notice — we refund unused, un-visited visits on a pro-rata basis. Annual Premium is a 12-month commitment; cancellation refunds the difference between plan price and per-visit retail for unused visits, less a 15% admin fee. No refund on a visit already completed.
