Rate Matrix

Retail Pricing by Service & Aircraft Category

Every rate below reflects what we charge for one-off (non-MSA) service. Mobile-detailing premium of 5–15% over hangar pricing is already reflected. Your quote will land within these ranges — never above without written justification.

Service Light & Turboprop Midsize Super-Midsize Heavy / Heavy Cabin
Interior Refresh $400 – $700 $700 – $1,400 $1,100 – $2,000 $1,800 – $3,500
Exterior Wash & Dry $250 – $450 $400 – $700 $600 – $1,000 $900 – $1,500
Full Detail (Exterior + Interior) $800 – $1,800 $1,800 – $3,200 $2,800 – $4,500 $4,000 – $7,000
Ceramic Coating $2,000 – $4,000 $3,500 – $7,000 $6,000 – $10,000 $9,000 – $15,000+
Brightwork / Metal PolishAdd-on to any service $300 – $600 $400 – $800 $500 – $800 $600 – $800
Post-Flight Turnaround $300 – $500 $450 – $750 $650 – $950 $900 – $1,400

Heavy Cabin covers Falcon 7X / G450 / Global 5500-class. For Heavy / Ultra-Long-Range aircraft (G650, Global 7500, BBJ, ACJ), full detail ranges $6,500 – $12,000+ and ceramic ranges $9,000 – $15,000+. Brightwork is priced additively; the per-category column reflects typical scope (cowling edges, spinner, inlet lips) — model and oxidation state drive the final figure. Post-Flight Turnaround scopes interior reset + exterior spot-clean only — for between-leg use, not a substitute for a full detail.

Frequently Asked Questions

Pricing Questions, Answered

The five questions we field most often on pricing — what's included, what drives the rate, and how the deposit works.

Exterior: Full aircraft hand wash using aviation-safe pH-balanced soap, mineral deposit and calcium removal from leading edges, cowlings, and windows, bug and exhaust residue removal from leading edges, nacelles, and horizontal stabilizers, paint polish or light correction on all primary surfaces, all windows cleaned inside and out including windscreen, landing gear and wheel wells (light cleaning & tire dressing), and a protect wax or sealant on all painted surfaces.

Interior: Carpet vacuumed and spot-treated or full shampoo, all leather surfaces cleaned and conditioned, hard surfaces (side ledges, tables, bulkheads) cleaned and treated, galley deep-clean and appliance wipe-down, lavatory sanitization, and cockpit instrument panel and switch wipe-down with lint-free aviation-safe applicators.

A full detail covers the entire aircraft inside and out. Exterior gets hand wash and dry, bug and mineral deposit removal, paint polish or light correction, all glass surfaces, landing gear and wheel wells. Interior covers seats, carpet, galley, lavatory, and cockpit surfaces. It's effectively an exterior wash plus an interior deep clean rolled into one visit — with a small package discount versus booking each service separately.

Mobile detailing carries a 5–15% premium versus hangar-based work — equipment transport and setup make it slightly more expensive per hour. That premium is reflected in the rates above. There is no separate on-ramp fee. The FBO coordinates ramp access for us at no additional charge to you, and the mobile premium is almost always less than what you'd spend ferrying the aircraft to a fixed facility.

No separate minimum-visit line item. Your invoice reflects the service or combination of services performed — an exterior wash on a light jet or turboprop is the practical floor for any individual service call. If your scope is smaller than the smallest service tier, book an exterior wash and we'll scope what else makes sense during the visit.

Yes — 100% credited toward your final invoice. You're not paying extra; you're pre-paying a portion of the service to secure your slot.
